Our service
The support we provide is based on the individual needs, abilities, and potential of each person we support. Our model follows the four Active Support principles, helping people take part in meaningful activities, opportunities, and relationships with the right level of support to succeed.
We focus on helping people gain more control over their lives, build independence, and become more valued and active members of their community. Each person we support has a planned schedule shaped around their interests, goals, and aspirations, with desired outcomes at the heart of the support we provide.
Through that support, people can develop skills in self-care, daily living, health and fitness, friendship building, and social confidence to improve emotional wellbeing. We strongly believe that people with disabilities should have equal access to ordinary life opportunities and the chance to live a great life of their choosing.
